Calculated Column formula
I have microsoft form in which one questions is AP Percentage of accurate invoices during evaluation period and the responses are stored in sharepoint list in column called AP - Invoice Accuracy But i want to do is make another sharepoint column which will be a calculated column if the user answers option 1 which is "<90%" then calculated column should calculate the value as 1 if the user answers option 2 which is " 90-95%" then calculated column should calculate the value as 2 if the user answers option 3 which is "96-98%" then calculated column should calculate the value as 3 if the user answers option 4 which is "98-100%" then calculated column should calculate the value as 4
