Bypass the File Previewer in Modern Document Library
Hello Community, When click the filename in Modern Library, SharePoint will open this document in a previewer first and then you'll have options to choose either openning this file in browser/Off...

Yes we do. It is our choice to be in classic experience or 'new experience'. Rolling back to classic (simple setting change) makes the PDF viewing experience better.
We end up training users to adopt this preview feature in Modern Libraries...
Still, it would be truly helpful if Microsoft rolls out a function to enable/disable the previewer some day OR maybe eventually integrates with Adobe Acrobat client like other threads suggest.
