Button / Quick Link Webpart - Remove tooltip

Hi,

I'm trying to remove the tooltip from the webPart "Quick Link" or the "Button".

As you can see if we move mouse is over the button it adds the text field or the URL path, witch really useless.

What are the easiest way to remove/bypass this ?
(I'm okay for something more globally)
