Bug when copying files

Using browser based SharePoint doc library "Copy to..." operation. I've been getting this for a while now across a multitude of tenants and sites. Seems to occur mostly on larger volume folder trees. It's incredibly disconcerting. I can't possibly speculate whether it's just a display/GUI bug, or something deeper.
