Bug in Calendar in starting at 7PM instead of 24 hours?

I put in the company holidays for 2023 in Microsoft 365 Outlook client on my Windows 10 system.  I have a synchronized Microsoft Lists and added items for all day events.  I then opened up the web browser and saw that Categories do NOT flow over (red circle - Holiday) and I had to add them on my own.  UPSETTING!

I found that more upsetting that that, it shows up with 7PM start instead of midnight to midnight for the "All Day" checkbox.  It messes things up to have to manually go in and update them all.  The start and end time on the web shows midnight to midnight, NOT 7PM.  I can only guess that it is trying to use GMT or UTC time?

I assume this is a bug?
