Automatically add user to members permissions group when they request access to sharepoint list page

When a user requests access to a SharePoint list page and the site owner accepts, I would like that user to be automatically added to the list page members permission group. At the moment I have to add them manually Is it possible to do this with a flow? If not, any other suggestions are welcome. Thanks
