Audience targeting links not showing in Navigation to Members
@ali_ric@h with much IFs I can try to answer you:
1. IF your 2 new groups have private channels and
2. IF your links are related to these office 365 / TEams Groups respectively related to PRIVATE channels
then the issue is on the private Channels, because every private Channel has got a site collection that is not shown e.g. in the sharepoint admin center (weird - i know)
you can go to Teams Admin Center in your O365 Admin Center and look in the category "Manage Teams", if there is the policy of enabling private channels within that groups team, and i can only guess, if this is your new issue on that mega menu routine.
I found a video for you from Laura Rogers from Nov 4 on youtube, dealing with the new options and this thing with the private channels (and I think this might be useful to you:

Greets, Eva.
Eva Vogel Thanks for the response. However, they're not set up in Teams. They are O365 groups with corresponding sharepoint site collection. They've been set up in exactly the same way that I set up previous groups and linked them so I'm wondering whether there is some limit which I'm not aware of?
