Approval flow(power automate) isn't triggered by users if they are not the owner of the flow

My team and I are making a blogging platform on SharePoint. We have made an approval flow for the blogs posted on the site but the problem is that whoever is the owner of the flow is able to trigger the flow on the site while posting the blogs but a normal blogger or visitor can't trigger that flow. 

What is the reason for the same and is there any way we can rectify the issue?
