Approval Conditional for repeating rows

Hi, I am working on a sharepoint list. it is grouped by person.
Each person has at least one row duplicate because, those two people are in the activity.
the point is,  When my boss aprove a row from group person 1(where group person 2 is included), I want group person 2 get the approval also. 
I  don want to get unique values, because duplicates rows additional informations for each person
