Any solutions to track and integrate quizes into document review

Our department is attempting to enforce review of our manuals and documents. I know there are options to review analytics on pages and documents about how many people have viewed and for how long; however, these seem to be ambiguous as to who specifically reviewed and to what detail they reviewed these items. Has anyone found a workaround or solution in SharePoint to accomplish this goal and track this effort?
