Any reports available on Document Library usage?

I wonder if there is any reporting available on SharePoint Online Document Libraries? Basically, I want to know how many files are there, the types of files, and certain parameters of files. Is this available out of box, or I should look for PowerShell scripts?

Is reporting feature turned on for your Site? You should see an option Generate file plan report under Library Settings which should give you quick glance of details of files and folders within your library

Also under site collection administration section there are audit log reports available which you can filter to a specific library and analyze information regarding who has done what with files in the library

You can also get more detailed report regarding activity in a document library under security center audit log search reports.

It seems that report is disabled under our sites. I guess it should be enabled in SharePoint admin center?

You can enable it from site settings.

Go to site settings->Site Collection Administration->Site Collection features->Activate "Reporting " Feature

Once you enable it you should see "Generate File Plan report" with in your document library settings.
