Adding users and then can't log-in?
Just created a sharepoint site for my work today. I'm testing out giving access to external users and provided a personal email account access to the full sharepoint site. When I try to log-in through that personal account, I get an error saying sign-in isn't working.
Any thoughts on how to resolve? Thanks in advance!

what exactly is the error message your users are getting?
Are they not able to log in or do they not have permissions to access the site?
Perhaps external sharing is not allowed for your site. Go to "SharePoint Admin Center" (https://sp.cmd.ms) and the to "Active Sites". Find your site, mark it and select "Sharing" from the menu.

If MFA is enforced via security defaults or CA .. the external user must create microsoft account to be able to configure MFA .. also you should reshare the guest invitation with him from azure.. from user properties
