Adding Help Documentation to SP List
I created an intake form at work using the SP List feature and I would like to add either a document or URL to the main List Site that will have instructions for how to fill out the form. Is there anyway to do this?

No direct easy way to achieve that, you'll need some SharePoint Development skills

That is the only way.
