Add Task list to InfoPath Template

I have a Non-conformance SharePoint list published as an Infopath template, Now the customer requests to merge the Action plan list to the existing one in inforpath.

which means when the user registers the Non-conformance Report he can add action and assign it via the task list.

Any help on how to add this connection.
