Feature 70753 has reached general availability last January 2023. Make sure you get the most recent version (16.0.23019.12000 or above) of Microsoft.Online.SharePoint.PowerShell by running Update-Module. I am running version 16.0.23408.0 of Microsoft.Online.SharePoint.Powershell on PowerShell 5 and still get the message 😞
