Add Shortcut to OneDrive Feature not syncing to OneDrive Folder

In my PC, when I click 'Add Shortcut to OneDrive' option, the folder is not syncing to my file explorer as expected. I have upgraded to Version 2021 (Build 21.129.0627.0002). But still it's not working.
