Activate the Sharepoint follow feature for every website

Hi community,

we have several websites with document libraries inside them. I want to make sure that users do not have to click the follow button for each website manually, because it´s very time consuming.

Why do i want this?

Users complain that they can´t save from office desktop apps (word, ecxel, etc.) to a document library, because it´s not listed under websites. I don´t experience this "issue" because i created every sharepoint website.

Is there a way to "automagically" make the document libraries available for my domain users?
