Accessibility issue from Onedrive application
Hello Dears,
I have an issue with a SharePoint I have a Global administrator user and he can access the site and the documents online only but he cannot access it from the mobile application so, can anyone help me.

Assuming you mean the SharePoint mobile app, rather than using a browser on a mobile device, have you checked that he is logged into the SharePoint mobile app with the correct credentials?
In the app if he clicks Me > Settings [the cog top right] then he will see what accounts he is logged in with. It may be he is logged in with more than 1 account and the account currently selected does not have permissions for the site you want him to see?- Rabea888Copper Contributor
