Access to SharePoint document library with unique permissions
I have a document library in a SharePoint team site that has unique permissions (shared with everyone except external users group). If users need to Sync that document library to File Explorer, how do they access the library without site permissions?

the users has access to the library, right? So you can share this library link to the users, users with access can open only the library and sync are possible. Or put in this library link into your navigation or into the site content.
