Access link Modified data from another library

In a SP library I have links to files in other SP lists/libraries from my organization. Is there a way to access Modified date or Modified By metadata from the other library? I have the Modified and Modified By columns in my library, but I don't expect that would grab the metadata from the other SP library. Thanks for your help
