Ability to Share with "Anyone" permission change?

Do you have the new webparts that are being deployed to modern and or flow SharePoint integration pushed to your tenant yet? Wondering if when you get those something got changed there and it's related to that push?
Not out of the realm of possibility. I'm not certain what the new webparts were, but I did just check and notice that our Flow finally recognizes document properties, so it would seem we got a push lately.
