🔌How to work offline with Microsoft Lists [No Internet Connection]
NEW VIDEO N. 151
In this video tutorial, you’ll learn how to work offline with Microsoft Lists, thanks to a sync mechanism that runs on the local device and update all changes performed by the user on the cloud.
I’ll walk you through every step of installing Microsoft Lists as a Progressive Web App and working with it offline.

GiulianoDeLucadoes it work offline as well for lists in the mobile app? I just couldn’t make it work on my phone.
This is not supported
- Carol_IvenBrass ContributorIt's March 2022 and even after I signed out and in again on MS Lists, I still don't see this feature. How is this possible?
- It depends from the license that you have

Can you be more specific or point to a reference on which license packages contain the offline capabilities? I've been searching for a while and can't find anything.
- Gilbert OkelloIron ContributorThanks for the informative video. Very useful.
I have Windows 11, Microsoft SharePoint Background process running and OneDrive Sync running as well... yet I don't have the offline functionality.
Am I missing something?- Olga MeloBrass ContributorI didn't have it either. I signed out of MS Lists and back in...the functionality is now visible 😊
