Project online : Sharing and Notifications on project
Hi,
We are planning to use Project plan 1 in our organization. We have multiple domains in our tenant.
Can someone please tell if we can collaborate or share the project in our organization with the user from a different domain?
Also when we are adding a user for a task does his primary SMTP will populate or just the username of the user?

All users will be in the same Azure AD domain so they will be able to have access to Project Online on that tenant. Notifications (if enabled) will be sent to the users primary SMTP which should be the same as the UPN of the user.

will the user be able to share it with external domains as well?if yes then how can we restrict them from doing this?

As per this MS Documentation the external user collaboration seems to be only possible in PP3 and PP5Hello AshishT1550 ,
