All users will be in the same Azure AD domain so they will be able to have access to Project Online on that tenant. Notifications (if enabled) will be sent to the users primary SMTP which should be the same as the UPN of the user.

will the user be able to share it with external domains as well?
if yes then how can we restrict them from doing this?
