How do you manually send a scheduled email via VIVA insights?
Viva insights delay send - I use this feature all the time (the pop up on top that allows to schedule send a note). But sometimes the pop up doesn't show up when I need it to - and the Viva Insights does not present the option to schedule send. Is there the option to do this manually through VIVA (not the outlook delay send option, where outlook has to be on in order for item to send) ?
Hi Dee_Co
I asked the product team if this feature is available, and they said, "we dont support manual schedule send unfortunately. Users can try the schedule send in Outlook Web app which doesn't require to keep Outlook app on. hope that help!"
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

- TimmerdannyCopper ContributorYou can specify the working hours in Viva Insights plugin this will trigger the pop ups. Would be great if Microsoft implements a feature to manual popup.

The inability to support manually scheduling emails is not acceptable. I can't believe that MS hasn't received several thousand requests for this feature. Unfortunately, it's very likely these requests weren't allowed most users who benefit from having a manual schudle send function work in organizations that don't permit users to input issues to MS Tech Community.

It would be great if Scheduled Sending was an option that we could manually add the date and time. We got the explanation that Scheduled Sending only works on real people since it is connected to a person's schedule. But it would be great to be able to use for emails to mailinbox-adresses like mailto:support@.... The old existing Delayed Sending has as you know the problem that Outlook must be on. Jake_Caddes
- Randall_Blank-HHCopper ContributorIf manual activation is not available, can they please fix it so it's consistently offered as an option? I've composed two emails to the same recipient, and only got the option on one of them. This makes no sense.
