Purchase OR Sign In Authentication of MS 365 Subscription

We are a software provider that offers completely secure and private Remote Desktop solutions to consumer and business customers.  What is the authentication process for a customer that uses our software to access their desktop remotely AND either purchases a Microsoft 365 subscription while within our software (servers)?
