Hi MEDELI2026, the contact name should generally match the legal identity document for the person being verified, and the company details should match the legal business registration as closely as possible. If support only says the information is incorrect, I’d ask them to confirm which category failed: personal identity, business legal name, address, domain ownership, or authority to act for the company.
