Thanks for replying to my query.
In a nutshell, all I'm asking is:
- How long does it usually take for MS to respond to a ticket query?
- How may I 'Report this file as safe' - other than clicking the button 'Report this file as safe' (which does nothing)?,
- What form should a satisfactory silent install take (the command I provided works for me)? A text example would be great.

I can take up to two weeks for support to respond to an inquiry, or I have seen it take that long. That is all I would have knowledge around in your above questions. Hopefully other partners have some insight for you?
