MCA Acceptance Partner Attestation Blocking
Hello.
The blocking of Partner Attestations dated beore April 2023 is supposed to go into effect October 2025.
We had a customer accept the MCA directly in their Admin Center, but then they could not access their licenses until the date for the Partner Attestation was updated.
Is this a known issue? Has anyone else experienced this?
We use the UI, not the attestation tool.

Edit: The issue was with a software download. So are there any known issues as far as access to software is concerned?

Yes. But they were unable to provide much clarity.
I'm hoping this a technical issue isolated to software key downloads.
In the CSP tech calls, I don't think we have been told we need to update the partner attestation date after the customer accepts the MCA directly.
