Issues with Partner Center authentication

Hi,

 

We are having what looks to be a common issue with the same results and very little info.

 

On the Partner Centre, we needed to update our information. Which we have done.

 

Although everything is matching up (apart from one Cloudflare issue), we keep failing the authentication.

 

We need to push an update to our app, but we are currently stuck in what appears to be a cycle of just being told the data has to match. 

 

Cloudflare is adding a full stop after the phone number, which the Partner Centre isn't allowing us to add. We have a feeling this is the issue.

 

This is, however, only a hunch, and we can't be certain. We really need some support from a person rather than the system that checks the information.

Has anyone had any luck speaking to a person about this?

  • Have you submitted a support ticket? There is no call center or anyone to talk to on the phone unfortunately. Microsoft doesn't have that type of support available, the best way is to submit a ticket. Sorry for your troubles here.
