Dual Use Right download product key

We have downloaded the Supply Chain product key from the Ad M365 portal, but it is incomplete, it lacks the finance and logistics functionality, with no users or functional modules. I have opened tickets in different Microsoft portals and they can't give me support, because we can't download the key again.

    I have moved your inquiry to the partner-led tech topics to see if anyone chimes in here with some help. Also tagging a few superusers in case they have run into anything like this? 

     

    I know you have to go through support to get it resolved most likely.
