Does the 5% uplift to monthly billing plans apply to Legacy CSP subscriptions too?

We still have a few customers with active legacy subscriptions. Assuming they stay in legacy again at their next renewal, will they also get the 5% monthly billing uplift?   Thank you in advance

    My understanding is the 5% price premium for annual commitment monthly payment is only for NCE license subscriptions and would not apply to legacy licenses.

    Assuming the legacy licenses are not a promotion or exception that cannot convert to NCE (e.g. some Dynamics 365 promotions) then all legacy licenses renewing should migrate to NCE.  If that migration/renewal is before 1st April then the 5% price premium will not apply to annual commitments paid monthly.
