I have but unfortunately I am not able to get around the automated system. I am told there are no additional support options yet I am unable to resolve the required action item.

There is no way around the automated system unfortunately. There is no support center to call. :( What did support come back to you with?

This is the same thing which is happening to me, my system shows no MPN ID's and nowhere to get support from as my workspace combo box in support is disabled, it just worked for a day, then the sytem is coming back with blank admin and blank legal pages. and no errors.
