Vetting Status is Rejected. Fix now option does not work

Community ManagerICproduction2019 does the email domain match the company name registered in partner center? I don't have access to any of the screens you see as I'm not a partner and I'm not support. I manage this community and all I can go off of is what others have posted in the community.
Hello, yes I use the same domain for everything to get it simple. I don't know what I need to do please help, the fix now still fails. Thank you
