Vetting Status is Rejected. Fix now option does not work
Hi, the vetting status is always "rejected". Even when I select "fix now", it gets me back to Account settings legal info with vetting "Pending status", which then falls back to "rejected" a few minutes later. When selecting Fix Now, there are no options appearing on the web page unlike what the solution in Learn shows (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/enroll/verification-responses#appealing-a-rejected-application)
I tried Chrome or Edge browsers. This is a urgent blocker for our company.
What can I do? Please help thank you

Confirmed not to work in January 2025, making sure domains are the same does not work. Even if you have a different email address for the employee, which was suggested by someone, the check fails. Sending documents with clear proof I am paying for the domain does not help. This is a disgrace and a joke, and sends a clear message to stay out of the Partner Program for new members, if simple sign-up does not work, imagine what's it like when you manage to get in. Terrible experience from the start! I pity a community manager that has to deal with unbelievable stuff like this. Above all, MS is clearly a dinosaur company that lacks both understanding of customer/partner experience AND transparency.

- ICproduction2019Copper ContributorHello Jill, the "submit a support ticket" brings me to dead ends.
All the solutions provided does not work.
1- "If your employee verification is rejected, confirm the primary-contact email address is in the same domain as the Company domain name in the Legal Profile."
Well, it is actually the same email that I use, both to login to my account and the primary contact. So it is the same exact domain.
2- "Update the primary-contact email address: Your company Global Admin can update the primary-contact email address to be the same as the tenant domain name. They can provide documentation confirming the contact email domain is owned by the company.
Again, same domain.
The "click here to create ticket for this Account Verification topic" = This reopens the same page over and over again showing the 2 solutions.
What can I do? Please help, thank you!- JillArmourMicrosoft

ICproduction2019 does the email domain match the company name registered in partner center? I don't have access to any of the screens you see as I'm not a partner and I'm not support. I manage this community and all I can go off of is what others have posted in the community.
