Verification stuck at Employment verification

Hello,

my verification process is stuck at Employment verification stop for weeks. I've gone through this process in the past without a problem, bit this time it seems there is no solution.

I've opened a ticket about the issue and got a response a week ago asking for documents to verify that the domain's ownership match company name. 

I've promptly answered with what requested, caring that:

• Company Name EXACTLY match what whois output
• Our domain expires in more than 2 months (it's 16 months)
• domain was renewed in the last 12 months (I renewed well before the terms just a week ago

The "Fix now" button does absolutely nothing but reload the page and no response on ticket after document submission. 

The partner subscription renewal period end in 9 days: WHAT SHOULD I DO ? WHO SHOULD I CONTACT ?
