Ticket Ping Pong?

What do you guys at Microsoft think when your outsourced departments are closing tickets with unresolved issues without adding any comment to it? Do you think the users love to play ticket ping pong or what?

This entire outsourced verification / partner portal department is awful ... absolutely uncooperative.

And Microsoft is no better - since Microsoft allows that.

I hope all this will reflect to your other business and scare off at least a few potential customers. Maybe someone at Microsoft will learn something some day that this is an absolute irresponsible behaviour.

Imagine someone having issues with Microsoft server and then he engages with such a support, or the Cloud services.

 

2 Months 8 days we're trying to get the issues sorted out with Microsoft and yet no way forward.
Tickets are opened, there are a few people at Concentrix who try to help out but even their tickets are just getting closed without answer internally.

We'll keep trying and post more frequently about our experience down the Microsoft toilet drain.
