Stuck at employment verification (just like many others)
Hi all,
In short, I want to join the program, so I can buy the Learning Action Pack, to give Microsoft related courseware trainings.
I have a domain, invoice, chamber of commerce document (new company), but still stuck at the Employment verification step.
Details are correct, like email, phone number, address, etc.
At the moment, I can't fixed it any more, because there were to many "failed" attempts, or something like that.
I created a case number for this 2307100040002693. Is it possible that someone can contact me?
- JeroenBurgerhoutIron ContributorIn the meantime, tried it 3 times, the 3th time was successful. Deleted my other 2 partner accounts, created a new one and within a few days I'm a Partner.

I have the exact same problem. Please make this easier for us. I also want to just buy the action pack...

I have tried reaching out to the support team but they aren't responding to me either. Please keep us posted on your progress!

Same issue here. I was already an action pack customer, after changing my address I got stuck in the employment verification step as well. Issued several tickets until now no response.
It has been over a month now since I issued the first ticket.

Support is the only way you can get verified when having trouble, I know the system is slow and very frustrating, but please resist in starting any new support tickets if you have multiuple. The team is very backed up and it only crowds the system and adds time for yours and others tickets to get responses for.
I wish there was something I could do for you and all the partners struggling with this becasue I agree, it's awful!
