Stopped for over a month
We have had an expiring MAP subscription, we changed the account holder when the IT manager changed and they don't validate our account.
We are asked cyclically to verify that the writer is employed in the company and the ownership of the domain (the invoice is more than 12 months old only because we have renewed it for 3 years), we have sent a document from the chamber of commerce proving who the administrator is delegate and how companies are structured. We sent documents proving the state of service of the systems manager and the IT manager signed by the managing director and this morning, more than a month after we started, they ask us for the same documents.
The total inefficiency of the verification system is really embarrassing, I don't understand how it is possible that a company like Microsoft can afford to have a verification system this bad.

That’s just it; they can afford it, which is why it’s not a priority for them.
The problem appears to be that they’re apparently using an almost 100%-AI process, which is flawed. I’ve read a report that they started augmenting the human verification process with AI back in 2018.
Given how heavily Microsoft is invested in OpenAI and the volume of staff they’ve laid off, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve fully automated that process, given the volume of people experiencing the same issue and the static responses we’ve been receiving.
The people being impacted are the smaller consultancies.- Andrea_BaccalinoCopper Contributor
SamuelRoach I hope they fail miserably.
We are still without a solution and my colleague was asked for data for the seventh time.
