Reaching out to a partner account manager

Hello!

I'm a fully verified partner with an (Azure) Infrastructure Solutions Designation and on my way to getting the Security and Modern Work designation soon. I have a couple tenants linked via DPOR and am submitting CPOR's for past work done.

Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything from an account rep perspective yet, in some other threads I read that a certain threshold might be necessary? Can someone enlighten me on what those thresholds would be or if this is not an accurate statement?
