Partner verification rejected for no reason
The verification system is horrid. I tried once in July last year but gave up. Had them remove my entire partner account so i could at least try again later.
Well, it's now later and despite giving them exactly the documentation they ask for (a domain invoice with all the details, which are exactly there), they still reject within the hour with no stated reason.
No other information, and supplying extra documents does nothing. Putting in a support ticket does nothing, they copy paste that exact text with no additional information. I have verified that everything we put in matches the invoice and the whois records perfectly.
We need verification so we can have an Entra ID instance verified so we can use MS SSO on our product.
This is completely unacceptable. At least give a reason for rejecting it so we can fix it. But as it stands i am completely stuck with no recourse despite complying with every rule and requirement.
Is there any way at all out of this? Has anyone even managed to get verified at all? I'm furious and at wit's end.

BramDeBuyser I'm so sorry for your experience here. Lots of partners in the same boat on this one. They are trying to make changes to the system, but we don't know when they will be released. Until then you have to use the support system as best you can. I'm sorry I don't have better news. :(
