Partner Enrollment

When the enrollment process reports that applications have been rejected, the recommendations are never specific to the issue.  As I was completing the business verification process, the responses sent were always the same,  Microsoft never stated specifically that my issue was that the address I used to apply had to be the same as the address on the articles of incorporation.   For my enrollment application, and all other documents, I used my corporation's PO box, which is not the same as on the articles of incorporation.  I finally realized after just receiving responses with the same rejection language that I needed to change the address I use to start the enrollment process to the address on the articles of incorporation or if the address changed since incorporating, the registered change of address of the corporation.  

I hope this is helpful, as the onboarding process to become a Microsoft Partner isn't.
