Partner enrollment blocked by "trust evaluation" — reference 715-123160

Hello,

I'm trying to enroll my company as a Microsoft partner (Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program) so I can access Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations partner sandbox resources. Every enrollment attempt is immediately blocked with the following message:

"Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked. If you require further information please reach out to Microsoft support with reference number: 715-123160 and transaction ID: ."

This has happened twice, with two different Correlation IDs:

• a7aa9d74-eaa4-49e4-978c-1c3490992353
• 640449fa-7059-4233-9652-161de2e84c89

I have no Partner Center dashboard or workspace, so the enrollment appears to have never actually completed — I can't find a "Legal info" or "Fix now" section to appeal from. I also tried the online support request form at partner.microsoft.com/en-us/support, but it hangs indefinitely on "Review solutions" (tested in both a normal window and incognito), so I haven't been able to submit a ticket that way either.

Could someone from Microsoft support help unblock this enrollment, or point me to a way to raise a ticket without an existing workspace? Happy to provide any further documentation needed to verify the business.
