Partner Center Verification keeps getting rejected

Hi Randy, this looks like a mismatch between the name used during signup and the legal name on your uploaded identity document. I’d update the Partner Center contact/account details so they match the legal document as closely as possible, then resubmit the verification. If it’s already locked into rejection, open a verification support request and explain clearly that Randy is the common name while the ID shows the legal first name.
