Partner Center Verification — “Program Not Found” Errors and Missing Verification Summary
I’m hoping someone from Microsoft or the community can help because my Partner Center account seems to be in a broken state. I have an active Partner Center account tied to my Entra tenant and business, but several areas appear corrupted or inaccessible.
The main issues are:
Verification Summary page does not work.
I receive Program Not Found errors.

I can sign into Partner Center successfully and access some account pages, but verification and program enrollment pages fail or appear disconnected from the tenant. I already opened a support ticket, but responses have been very slow. I am trying to determine whether this is a backend Partner Center linkage issue, a corrupted program enrollment, a broken verification association, or something wrong with the Entra tenant relationship. At this point I am even considering creating a completely new Entra tenant and Partner account because the current one appears stuck.
Has anyone experienced Program Not Found errors, broken Verification Summary pages, missing program associations, or issues after MPN / AI Cloud Partner Program migration?
Any guidance from Microsoft staff or others who resolved this would be greatly appreciated.
