Ongoing Issue with Employment Verification in Microsoft Partner Program
First of all, I'm sorry for your poor experience.
Secondly, can you share what support sent you as a message? Either your documents aren't passing the verification standards, or your company doesn't meet the partnership standards they are dictating.
If you are getting a message around your paperwork not being accepted, it is most often one of the following issues:
- Your registered name in partner center MUST match your domain paperwork down to the letter and "'." List it EXACTLY!
- Domain paperwork cannot expire within two months of today's date. If it does, you will not be verified.
- Domain paperwork has to be dated within the last 12 months. Nothing prior to Jan 13 of 2024 (todays date). Tomorrow that changes to 12 months from that date, and so on.
Please double check your paperwork against this commonly made mistakes on submission and maybe you will figure out what is causing you to be denied.
Good luck!
1. At some point, it becomes a clear sign of disregard for people and businesses when a system is set up to unnecessarily waste their time.
2. In a weird way, it explains why companies are replacing workers like these with bots. Cause what is the point of having a human being if the human being is just behaving as a bot? "Hello community, your documentation checked out, except a period is missing, so uh, your business did not pass verification! Good luck!". Seriously?! Is there no internal process in Microsoft where you get to give feedback and go "the community is complaining about this vetting process and it can clearly be improved"?
