Ongoing Issue with Employment Verification in Microsoft Partner Program
Hi Jill,
Thank you for your suggestion to use the “Fix Now” appeal function. I did exactly that and submitted the required documents, including the domain registration receipt, which clearly falls within the scope of what was requested. However, I have not received any response or update for over two weeks since submitting those documents.
I also opened a support ticket, but it was closed without any clear explanation as to why or what specifically about my submission was deemed unsatisfactory. I am finding it extremely difficult to communicate with the vetting operations team, as they have not provided any substantive feedback or guidance on what is still missing, if anything. To the best of my knowledge, I have complied fully with the verification requirements.
As a legitimate business, it is deeply frustrating to be stuck in this prolonged and opaque process. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help escalate this matter internally, or point me to someone who can directly assist in resolving the issue.
