I know the system is not working well for alot of partners. The best course of action is to submit support tickets and make sure your paperwork is acceptable. Make sure your registered your business name EXACTLY as is it listed on your domain paperwork. It cannot expire within two months from todays date and it must be issued within the last 12 months.

Hi Jill ,

 

I had the same probleme again and again.

I had the Employment verification rejected many times .and now I can event fix it.

The system won't let me insert new documents for approval.
