Ongoing Issue with Employment Verification in Microsoft Partner Program
I'm also facing the same issue with company verification (due to a company rebranding) in the Microsoft Partner Center. Failed verification despite submitting all required documents, including proof of domain ownership and business registration.
I raised a support ticket (Case ID: 2502180040006371) on February 18, 2025, but have received no response from Microsoft, even after multiple follow-ups. Instead, I recently got an email stating that my verification process has been permanently ended, with no explanation or guidance on what went wrong or how to fix it.
Since my Partner status is at risk of termination, I need urgent escalation. It looks like many partners are stuck in a similar loop with no clear path forward.
If any Microsoft representatives are monitoring this thread, please help escalate this issue or provide guidance on the next steps.
What was the messaging support shared back to you before closing your ticket? This is not a support forum, but maybe I can figure out why they keep rejecting you based on their response to you.

Thanks for your response. The issue has now been resolved, though I’m still not sure how or why. I didn’t receive any clarification or explanation—just a message that the verification was completed successfully. No idea what changes were made on Microsoft’s side, but I’m relieved it’s finally sorted out. Appreciate the willingness to help!
