Same here. Company Name EXACTLY match what whois output, our domain expires in 16 months and it was renewed well before the terms just a week ago. "Fix now" does absolutely nothing and no response on ticket after document submission. This is hopeless.
I'm stuck at the same place and got a response from a support specialist asking me to upload documents by clicking Fix Now, but that does nothing. It just makes the whole verification restart and go to pending:
Exactly the same. I uploaded my license and it was still rejected, then my support cases were closed immediately. Not what you want when providing personal government identification and data.
